Who is Neelima?
A journey of reinvention, leadership and making room for others.
I arrived in Australia in 2007, seven months pregnant, beginning again in a new country while becoming a mother. Building a career, raising a family and finding my confidence taught me that transformation is rarely a straight line.
Today I lead complex technology change, mentor women through defining transitions, speak about leadership and belonging, and create stories that help people see more possibility in themselves.
Success becomes meaningful when it creates space for others.
